These Grade A vanilla beans in bulk are 100% hand-harvested, sun-dried – the traditional Indonesian way. Through this process, each vanilla pod shrivels up to one-quarter of its original size to get the perfect moisture content of 25% to 30%. After 8 to 9 months of harvesting, the final result comes out to be what we famously produce as the premium Grade A vanilla.
